Summer Fun?
I traveled around the country to the Dew Action Sports Tour stops with birdsong 3 and wrote stories and interviews on the skate, BMX and freestyle motocross events. It was a blast. I also spent most of the summer in the Rockies, enjoying all of the summer activities I miss out when chasing my snowboard career. I hiked, biked, swam, did yoga and got in
shape for winter.
Snowboarding Priorities:
1 - Stay Healthy
2 - Have FUN!
3 - Learn new tricks
4 - Film, get photos done, compete and travel!!
What’s it like being a full time rider in a part time world?
Love it. I can’t imagine a better way to spend my time than snowboarding as much as possible.
Travel Channel experience:
While we were fi lming the Travel Channel episode I thought the host (Cash Peters) was acting. He would jump and scream in fear like a total sissy, but as it turns out he is that way in real life! It was fun, definitely a different experience then my snowboard friends and the “bros” I hang out with. It’s always nice to put our lovely town of Breckenridge on the map too. |
